Can I eat Candyware?

Although Candyware products looks good enough to eat they are absolutely NOT EDIBLE. Candyware beads are made with synthetic materials, so we say ‘Don’t eat it. Just wear it!’

Who wears Candyware?

Candyware is for the unique woman who is looking to make her day a little sweeter! We are currently offering two lines of jewelry, each with its own characteristics to suit you and your personal candy jewelry needs.

Candy and jewelry all in one! How much better does it get? These are sweets for your sweet and she will love them!

What is the currency for the items?

All prices are in U.S dollars.

What are my payment options?

Online payment can be made with PayPal, a payment system which utilizes the world's most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems to create a safe, global, real-time payment solution. For more information you can visit the PayPal Security Centre.

Where is my order shipped from?

Your order will be shipped from our distribution center in
Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will take anywhere from 7-21 days to package and ship, depending on the size and destination of the order. You will receive an email to notify you when your package has left our warehouse. We are not responsible for mail/courier delays during peak seasons.

How much will shipping cost?

Regular shipping and handling costs (ground UPS, USPS, Canada Post, etc.) for most places in North America is $10 flat!

For international orders (most locations) shipping will be $25-$50, depending on the size and weight of the gifts ordered.

*We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders if we suspect fraudulent or untraceable shipping information.

Who do you use for shipping?

We currently ship our products via UPS, FedEx and Canada Post.

Can I refund or exchange my product?

Returns will be accepted if an item’s workmanship is found defective. All items are carefully checked for manufacturer’s defects, before packaging and shipping. Exchanges are accepted; please advise Candyware via email before items are returned.

All items must be returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Defective Items must be returned with a proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods. All returns must indicate on shipping documents and on the exterior package “Canadian damaged goods returned for repair or exchange” or package will be rejected.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

Customers outside Canada will not be charged tax. Customers within Canada will be charged 6% GST. Customers within Manitoba will be charged 7% PST and 6% GST.

Is Shopping Online secure?

When dealing with reputable companies, shopping on the web is as safe as traditional shopping with a credit card. How do I check on an order I have placed?
